1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Cbet's online gaming platform (the "Platform"). By accessing, using or registering with the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Account details.

5. GAMING SESSIONS

1. Gaming Sessions will be governed in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
2. Any losses incurred during a Gaming Session shall not exceed the amount deposited by you to that particular session, unless otherwise agreed between Cbet and you prior to such Gaming Session.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

1. Deposits are made through various payment methods offered on the Platform ("Payment Methods").
2. Each Payment Method may have its own fees, terms or conditions which will apply in addition to these Terms.
3. Withdrawals are processed via a method chosen by Cbet from those used for depositing funds.

7. WAGERING RESTRICTIONS

1. The maximum stake allowed on any gaming product is as set out on the Platform website ("Max Stake").
2. You may not wager amounts in excess of your available balance at any given time.
3. Maximum Bonus and promotional terms are published from time to time.

8. PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All promotions, bonuses or special offers will be governed by their own specific Terms and Conditions (the "Promotion Terms"). Cbet reserves the right to modify Promotion Terms at its discretion. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a particular Promotion Term, then that Promotion Term will prevail.

12. CHANGE TO TERMS

These Terms may be amended by Cbet from time to time without prior notice, and you agree that it is your responsibility to review these Terms each time you visit the Platform or use a service provided under these Terms.

13. TERMINATION

Cbet reserves its right to terminate any User Account at any time with immediate effect should we suspect fraud, abuse of these Terms or have reason to believe such action is required for regulatory compliance or protection of other Users.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

1. These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in Curacao.
2. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration as provided below under "ARBITRATION".

15. ARBITRATION

Any and all controversies, disputes, claims, demands, actions, causes of action or other matters arising from, connected with or related to these Terms will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set out on this page.

16. PRIVACY POLICY

Please note that Cbet's Privacy Policy is available separately and it provides information about how your personal data may be used and processed upon registering for a User Account or participating on the Platform (the "Privacy Policy").

17. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES

Cbet disclaims any liability to Users arising from loss of profits, business interruption, use of computer systems, equipment or data corruption.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Cbet and you with respect to gaming activities undertaken on the Platform.
